The T-Mobile customized Magic has been announced as the MyTouch 3G. This device is 3G-enabled (of course) packing Wifi, GPS, 3.2 inch touchscreen w/480 x 320 resolution as well as trackball navigation, Microsoft Exchange support, and 3.2MP autofocus camera w/ YouTube & Picasa uploading running on the Android 1.5 OS. Similar to the G1 except for the larger internal memory of 512MB and comes with a 4GB MicroSD card. T-Mo will be taking pre orders starting July 8th for current customers and will be available everywhere around early August for $199 w/ 2yr contract. It is said that exclusive apps will be available to the MyTouch that won’t be for the G1 along with being able to customize the phone a little bit more. This is not what I was expecting from T-Mo, I was at least expecting a bigger MP camera w/a flash but oh well time will tell if the people wants this or not.
