At a Fortune tech conference, Dan Hesse (Sprint’s CEO) stated that he is glad that Sprint waited on Android but still a big supporter. He was impressed with the 2nd version of the Android OS and thinks that it is finally ready for prime time as opposed to when it 1st came out. He also stated that an Android device should hopefully be released before the end of the year.
