Unearthed by @cellguru, a photo of one of the mythical BlackBerry devices: the Magnum/Dakota. This device could be either of the two devices Dakota is a new version of the Magnum which was said to be scrapped by RIM. As you can see the device is a physical QWERTY keyboard/touchscreen hybrid w/3G. Not sure if the touchscreen would be SurePress or a new incarnation of it. At this point, RIM shouldn’t be making anymore EDGE devices (except for the Evolved EDGE). Not sure what the status of the Dakota is at the moment or what OS it would be running. We’ll keep you posted.
