Today, Xbox is releasing a new update that allows gamers access to USB memory support. With the new update gamers will now be able to take your saved games, Xbox Live profiles, or Arcade downloads with you on the go. The new update support flash drives from 1GB to 16GB. You will be able to use regular USB flash drives but they require formatting via System Settings -> Memory -> then select the flash drive to begin. Of course Microsoft & SanDisk got together to avoid having to do that, to offer pre-configured 8GB & 16GB flash drives that come equipped with a 1-month Xbox Live Gold subscription. The SanDisk drives will be available in May for all but you can pre-order the drives from Amazon for $34.99 for 8GB and $69.99 for 16GB.
