Now that the iPad is the 1st official tablet out (marketing-wise anyways), it’s time we shed some light on its future competitors of tablet PCs. There are actually about 15 tablets making its way to be sold on shelves (and that’s NOT including Google’s rumored Chrome-powered tablet).
We have the HP Slate, the JooJoo (formerly known as the CrunchPad), Microsoft Courier, Notion Ink Adam, Netbook Tablets, ExoPC Slate, Archos 9 PCTablet, ICD Ultra, Axiotron Modbook Pro, MSI Tegra 2 Tablet, ASUS Eee Pad, Camangi WebStation, and the Freescale Smartbook Tablet. I know a lot of you out there never heard of more than half of these devices or know that a few of these are actually available to purchase now. That’s OK. Hit the link below to check out a slideshow on all of them including pics, specs, pricing, and release info where available.
