AT&T’s operation CEO laid their plan for its LTE launch slated for mid-2011.   AT&T plans to develop its LTE network coexist with its current 3G network.  AT&T is shelling out $700 million to make this idea become a reality and will continue to push it out more funds to keep its LTE network ahead of the curve.   AT&T plans to upgrade its HSPA network up to HSPA+ to get download speeds up to 7.2Mbps.   Definitely a good move by AT&T to keep its current users pleased with its service.
