BusinessWeek got the scoop on how Verizon plans to jump on the Windows Phone 7 bandwagon sometime in 2011. They talked to a Verizon rep and they said they have no plans on releasing a WP7 device when Microsoft unveils it in early October. Looks like Verizon is waiting to see what Microsoft’s new OS has to offer before signing up, like they did with Android. So if anyone with Verizon as their carrier was waiting for WP7 to arrive, your wait officially got longer.
