Remember Apple’s MacBook Air? It was their super-thin netbook the size of a laptop and it was kinda costly.  With the MacBook Air starting at around $1,500 you can imagine that it didn’t sell like they would have liked but alas, the people at Apple are very quick learners.  CultOfMac claims to have they skinny on Apple’s new MacBook Air which maybe unveiled at Apple’s press event tomorrow.   Apple beefed up the processor and battery life along with offering the people more attractive price point this time around.   Check out highlights put together by BGR below.

  • 2.1 GHz and 2.4 GHz processor options
  • 8-10 hours of battery life (vs. a “claimed” 5 hours in the current model)

  • Upgradeable RAM (2 GB base) and SSD options
  • New thinner case design
  • An SD card slot, two USB ports, standard MagSafe port and Mini DisplayPort
