According to BGR’s ‘solid source’, Apple is hard at work on two new iPhones: one to work on Verizon’s network and the iPhone 5.  The iPhone 4 that Verizon is allegedly to receive will more than likely be a dual CDMA/GSM device that can support Verizon, AT&T, plus others and repair that dreaded antenna issue that plagued some of the models from AT&T.   Although the SIM card support could also be used for global roaming as well.   This model is currently in its final testing stages: final hardware, next to final software and is the last stage before a retail release.   In regards to the iPhone 5, it is currently in its EVT ( Engineering Verification Testing) phase and still has a little ways before becoming officially ready.  The i4 just came out not too long ago, so don’t start salivating just yet for your i5.
