Google TV has been out for two months and has already received its first update. The set top boxes from Logitech and Sony that brings the internet and apps to your HDTV now offers a few more features with this 218MB update from Google. The update offers a refreshed UI for the Netflix app giving it a PS3-like feel to it. Google also offers Dual View mode which allows you to watch TV and browse the internet at the same time (think picture-in picture) and brings a Remote Control app for Android phones that gives you complete control of your DVR, Internet, and TV from your Android device. You can download the Remote Control app from the Android Market or just click here to download it straight to your Android device. The Remote Control app will be available for the iPhone sometime in the near future. If you haven’t checked out GTV yet, head down to your local Best Buy to demo, it’s dope.
