After patiently waiting for AT&T’s iPhone exclusivity to end, Verizon is ready to carry the phone and handle the data consumption that comes with supporting the iPhone. According to the Wall Street Journal, Verizon will offer unlimited data plans with their iPhone to slap AT&T in the face by saying our network can handle it unlike yours. AT&T had recently done away with their unlimited data plans and offered tiered data plans now after having trouble keeping up with the data usage of its customers. Verizon’s unlimited data plans may not be around forever but they are confident that their network can handle it. We will find out tomorrow to exact.
