Finally on Apple’s list of announcements is their new suite of iCloud services.   The services of MobileMe is now dead.   The new iCloud service will offer Apple users Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Backup, Documents, iWork, and Photo Stream.   This will work for iOS devices, Mac OS computers, Windows PCs, and Apple TVs and is coming in the fall.  The regular iCloud services will be free for 5GB of cloud storage.  Very nice.  Next up is the iTunes In The Cloud where you can store your iTunes purchases along with new music purchases via cloud storage for free and is available today as a beta version.  Lastly, is the iTunes Match service that allows you store all of your ripped CDs into the cloud for $24.99 per year.  The price stays the same no matter how many songs you have as the service takes only minutes to upload not hours or week and will also become available this fall.
