According to the official Twitter page of the Droid Bionic, the release date looks like it will match the rumored launch of September 8th. The Motorola Droid Bionic will be Verizon’s first 4G LTE smartphone armed with a dual-core processor. The Bionic will be equipped with a 4.3inch qHD display, 1GB of RAM, dual cameras (VGA in front & 8MP in the back), and running Android 2.3 w/ Blur UI.
