Yesterday evening, the company Realmac made their to-do app, Clear, available for all things iOS. The interesting thing about Clear is the gesture-based UI that uses a color-coordinated heatmap to show priorities in your to-do lists. Although your to-do items are limited to only 30 characters, Clear keeps things simple. You just pull down to create a task, pinch to edit, and swipe to complete it.
