As the launch approaches for most carriers, the Samsung Galaxy S III is already on sale for for AT&T subscribers. Samsung’s latest Android flagship device will launch the standard cellphone pricing of $199.99 but if pre-ordered at either Amazon Wireless or Target Mobile, you can save $50. When you pre-order from either retailer, you do get free shipping with your order as well. Keep in mind, it is the 16GB model and AT&T and Verizon have been marked to not offer the extra 48GB of Dropbox cloud storage. Amazon’s Galaxy S III is currently back-ordered but at the moment Target is still set to ship on June 21st.
