Lytro’s new way of taking digital images is now ready for the masses as the company recently inked distribution deals with popular online retailers. Starting October 9th, consumers can order their light-field cameras from Amazon.com, BestBuy.com, and Target.com along with company’s online store.
Lytro’s shooters will also become available in Canada and overseas as well starting in mid-October, launch details lie within the link below. The Lytro cameras offers an f/2.0 lens w/ an 8x optical zoom with pricing starting at $399 for 8GB storage size that allows you refocus your photos as a post-edit.
