For a limited time only, HTC is giving you some $$$ back for you to grab their latest and greatest for Android: the HTC One. You can get a $100 Visa gift card or the trade-in value of your older phone (whichever is greater) when buying the new One. All you have to do is send HTC your old phone with proof of purchase of your new One and wait for them to send you the $$$. The HTC One is scheduled to launch sometime in March.
