Several curious HTC users was concerned on whether or not will their current devices will get blessed with the new Sense 5 UI. They actually got their answer on HTC’s Facebook page. Only select devices that launched last year are getting it.
HTC confirmed that only the One S, the One X, the One X+, and the Butterfly will get some parts of Sense 5. Shocked to see the Droid DNA didn’t make the list. We know BlinkFeed is in along with some minor software tweaks. But don’t expect BoomSound at all and Zoe’s compatibility is questionable due to ImageSense w/ faster Snapdragon 600 processor. But we shall when HTC makes it available.
