The TechGuys are taking in the morning sun here in Newark, NJ…BrickCity!!!! Today we are here for Newark and Audible’s #hackNWK event in which teams have assembled to help redesign the city of Newark’s website and a chance to win $15,000.
The contest opened up on June 1st with full length details and today the teams meet to showcase what they have been putting together to the Mayor of Brick City, Cory Booker. More info will continuously update at www.buildinbrickcity.com.
The best website design will be picked for a one year implementation and maintenance, of course. There are other prizes that will be available but that grand prize of $15,000 is naturally what everyone is after. Other prizes include Amazon Kindles and naturally subscriptions to audible.com.
