If you are a hardcore movie goer, we have just the service for you. Introducing MoviePass, a new service that allows you to watch unlimited movies in select theaters nationwide w/ a monthly subscription. The service requires you to sign up then download the app (for both Android & iPhone) and then receive a pass card that acts like a debit card for your movie ticket transactions.
Think of MoviePass as the Netflix for movie theaters.
However there are several points to mention for those of you who might be interested. The single user subscription requires the user to sign-up for one-year and pay monthly like a gym membership. The service only for one movie per day and applies only to standard format films (no 3D or IMAX). The company is currently working on solutions for friends & family along w/ plans for 3D + IMAX films. There is a cancellation fee of $75 within the first 2-3 months and $20 within the 10th-11th months.
