The second part of Sony’s most recent camera announcement is the A3000.  This marks a new hybrid type of camera.  This takes the guts of a mirrorless camera w/ the exterior of a DSLR – all in a 20.1MP APS-C sensor.  The A3000 is a bit smaller in size than your average DLSR by the way.

The A3000 offers an LCD display that doesn’t move or tilt.   You have an ISO range 100-16,000, an electronic viewfinder, live photo effects + filters, and can record video in 1080p HD at 60 or 24 fps.  Liek NEX-5T, the A3000 is due out early September for only $399.99.   And that’s with the 18-55mm kit lens too.

So which one are you buying?
