Excited about the new Xbox One? You should be but there a bit of news serious gamers should know. That 500GB built-in hard drive that you plan to fill up as soon as possible, may not be expandable…at least not at launch anyways. Microsoft‘s Larry Hryb aka Major Nelson discussed the matter during his podcast at PAX Prime 2013. They expect to do the same as they did with the Xbox 360 as they do have plans for the One’s USB 3.0 ports on the rear of the console. Expect Microsoft to announce their plans for it after launch, probably sometime next year.
