After being rumored and leaked about it, LG unveils their curved-display Android device w/ the G Flex.  Not to be outdone by Samsung w/ the curved Galaxy Round, LG put a curved display on a device that resembles the G2.  Weighing in at 177g, the G Flex sports a 6inch display w/ 720p resolution, powered by a 2.26GHx quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB of RAM, a 13MP rear-facing camera, and a 3500 mAh battery.

The most interesting thing about the G Flex isn’t the curved display but the rear cover of it.  It has a special film on the cover that can repair scratches in a matter of minutes.   Think of it as a self-healing feature if you will.

No word on the the release of the G Flex here in the US as of yet but we will keep you posted.
