Fresh off of the Beats acquisition, Apple Senior VP of internet software + services, Eddy Cue alongside newest Apple member/Beats co-founder Jimmy Iovine covered many topics at ReCode‘s Code Conference. One of the key pieces discussed briefly was Apple’s future. For him to say, “later this year, we’ve got the best product pipeline I’ve seen in my 25 years at Apple”, is quite the statement. This aligns with the internal memo Tim Cook sent out to Apple employees late last year.
iOS 8, iWatch, new iPhone, and more?
The wait won’t be too long as WWDC kicks off next week as we can expect some leaks or sneak previews of the new software. This could be the reason why Apple has been taking it easy on the hardware side of things – minus the new Mac Pro. They’re prepping for the big guns. So its safe to say the iWatch is coming but the question is: what else does Apple have up its sleeve?
