moto e leadAs the leaks promised, Motorola unveiled an even cheaper (in price) version of the Moto G w/ the Moto E. The E continues Motorola’s legacy of offering a great phone at a low price. The specs are actually pretty good leaving no one to have to want for a dumphone/flip phone.

The E sports a 4.3inch qHD display w/ 960 x 540 resolution + 256ppi covered in Gorilla Glass 3, powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 CPU, running Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat, 5MP rear camera, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage + microSD card slot, FM radio, and a 1980 mAh battery promising ‘all-day’ battery life.

Motorola wants to kill off the flip/dumb phone.

In standard Moto fashion, the backplates on the E will be removable. Offering over 20 color + design combos to choose from. Motorola promises that the E would have their devices upgraded to any newer versions when it comes out as they were the 1st manufacturer to upgrade to Kit Kat w/ the Moto X.

Crafted to truly be priced for all as it will be priced at $129 here in the US. Goodbye to the dumbphone indeed.
