Yesterday, Otterbox announced their entry into the iPhone battery case market w/ the Resurgence case. This is their 1st high-speed charging case made specifically for the iPhone 5/5S. While it is not waterproof, it doesn’t offer many of the features you have known to love from Otterbox.

The Resurgence case has a 2000 mAh battery inside of a two-piece snap polycarbonate design. Sporting 4 front-facing LED lights to show your phone’s charging status as well as automatically shutting off when fully charged. It is military-tested to survive drops up to 4ft.
The Resurgence case is priced at $99.95 and is available now on Otterbox’s site and select retailers.
