Among the many things rumored from the labs of Microsoft, a Surface Mini + a smartwatch are among them. We’re here to discuss the latter though. According to Paul Thurrot, we may see Microsoft’s entry into the wearable market sooner rather than later.
Working on Android, iOS, & Windows Phone could give this an advantage over the competition.
Microsoft smartwatch is said to be more of a fitness band w/ notifications rather than what you think of wearables. Armed w/ multiple sensors to track steps, calories burned, and heart rate day and night. The band will be the 1st wearable to work w/ multiple platforms. That’s right! This will work w/ Android, iOS, & Windows Phone.
Microsoft’s wearable will definitely stand out of the crowd by working w/ beyond the parent OS. We should expect pricing to be at $199 and to be announced + launched sometime later this year.
