It has Live Tiles, Cortana, and everything else from WP8.1 alongside 15GB of OneDrive cloud storage. While HTC diluted nothing from the M8. You still get a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, BoomSound, 5MP front-facing + Ultrapixel rear-facing shooter, BlinkFeed, and support for the HTC Dot View case.
The M8 for Windows is out today at Verizon online starting at 12PM EST for $99 on contract + $29.99 on VZW Edge.
