Today Lenovo unveils many new and improved products to their Yoga line of products. Android and Windows to tablets and laptops. Improving the specs on many and introduicng new members of the Yoga family. Lenovo has got you covered.
Kicking things off, meet the Yoga 3 Pro. Its the latest convertible Ultrabook and the one that started it all. Only this time around Lenovo engineered a new watchband hinge (made from over 800 pieces of steel + aluminum) that is helps make it thinner and lighter than the previous model. All while adding more focus points from 2 to 6 for flexibility.
Other than that you have a 13inch QHD+ display w/ a3200 x 1800 resolution, JBL speakers built-in, powered by an Intel Core M CPU, and 256GB SSD. The Yoga 3 will be out later this month at Best Buy + Lenovo’s site for $1,349.
Next up is the ThinkPad Yoga 14. This marks the 1st business-aimed convertible in a 14inch 1080p display. It is powered by an Intel Core i5 CPU, NVIDIA GeForce 840 GPU, and a 1TB HD + 16GB SSD. This will be a Best Buy exclusive and priced at $1,119.
Then we have the Yoga Tablet 2 arriving in both an 8inch + 10inch sizes. You now have better resolution at 1080p, a bigger kickstand w/ 180-degree rotation, a 4th mode w/ Hang that lets hang it up like a picture frame, powered by the latest Intel Atom CPU, 8MP camera, and the dual front-facing speakers are powered by Dolby Audio + Wolfson Master Hi-Fi.
The Yoga Tablet 2 now arrives running Windows too. The Windows versions matches the Android ones in every way except for double the storage at 32GB, a 1-year subscription to Office 365, and the 10inch model ships w/ a Bluetooth keyboard.
The Yoga Tablet 2 for Android will cost you $250 for the 8inch and $300 for the 10inch model. Both are available now on Lenovo’s site. The Tablet 2 for Windows won’t be available until later this month. The 8inch will cost you $300 and the 10inch model will cost you $400.
The Tablet 2 Pro is geared towards those who consume lots of media.
And lastly, we have the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro. This is the Tablet 2 on steriods. This sports a 13inch 2K (2560 x 1440 resolution) display, powered by an Intel Atom CPU, built-in JBL sound w/ sub-woofer, and a Pico projector that can shoot up to a 50inch image. This monster is priced at $500 and will launch later this month.
