After previous speculation, Verizon and Motorola makes the Droid Turbo official. Like all other Droids, it is a VZW exclusive. Let’s dive into what’s new w/ the 2014 Droid.
The Turbo is the biggest and fastest Droid to date.
The Turbo sports a 5.2inch Quad HD display w/ 2560 x 1440 resolution + 565ppi, powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 CPU, 3GB of RAM, a 21MP rear-facing camera w/ dual LED flash + 2MP, a long-lasting 3900 mAh battery, NFC, Qi wireless charging, and support for Moto’s super-fast Turbo charging. all of this inside of a Kevlar unibody design w/ a scratch-resistant display that’s weather proof. Like the any other Motorola device, it will offer awesome features like Display, Actions, Assist, and Connect.
The Droid Turbo will be out on October 30th. It will retail for $200 on contract for the 32GB and $250 for the 64GB model.
