Yeah. You read the headline right. A Selfie Flash and its from an unexpected company: Lenovo. The full name is the Lenovo Vibe Extension Selfie Flash as it set to go w/ their Vibe line of smartphones. Unfortunately the smartphone aren’t coming to the US anytime soon, the flash is.
The Selfie Flash utilizes 8 LED lights as a ring shape as it will work on many popular devices. It plugs right into your phone’s audio jack. However it doesn’t actually flash but put out steady light for a better quality photo + video chat. You can easily turn it around and use for your rear camera as well.
All of this for only $30 as Lenovo quotes 100 selfies on a single charge. It is due out sometime in the Spring. If companies can come out w/ selfie sticks, why not this?
