After a few concept images, and previous leaks, it looks like this is really it. Yes. It appears we are looking at the what the 2015 version of the HTC One will look like. Thanks to a Cyberport listing + the semi-retired Evleaks, HTC doesn’t have much to surprise us w/ in regards to their new flagship device.
As far as the internals, we’re looking a powerful aluminum unibody beast only HTC can bring. A 5inch 1080p display, powered by a 2GHz 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD slot, a 4MP Ultrapixel sensor in the front + a 20MP non-Ultrapixel rear-sensor that sticks out a bit like the camera on the iPhone 6/6 Plus + capable of UHD video recording, a 2900 mAh battery, and running Android 5.0 Lollipop w/ Sense 7 UX.
The front-facing BoomSound speakers are still present as they’re now powered by Dolby Audio as it is equipped w/ 3 mics. The Power button has been moved to the side like many companies have done lately. And lastly, we see the 2 color options: a gunmetal Grey and a two-tone Gold + Silver.
The official unveiling of the M9 is set to launch next week on March 1st at MWC. We’ll have the full details when it becomes available.
