Remember that TV streaming service that Apple has been working on?  We may not see it WWDC next week.  According to Re/code, Apple may have pushed the service back until later this year or sometime in 2016.

The reason of the delay would be that they’re having problems securing licensing deals w/ networks & local stations.  They would want broadcasters to deliver their programming to Apple as they don’t own it but license it.  This dilemma would definitely force them to change their timeframe of everything Apple is trying to do.  Their ideal launch was for early fall when the new TV seasons would premiere.

They were shooting for a 25-channel TV service to go hand-in-hand w/ their new redesigned Apple TV.  Who’s bummed out about this or does it matter?
