OnePlus is making sure they stay on people’s minds w/ a more aggressive but improved marketing plan fort heir sequel flagship device. Earlier today during a AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit, the team revealed yet another tidbit of intel on their upcoming device.
Keeping the OnePlus 2 powered up will be a 3300 mAh battery inside. This gives it about a 10% boost from last year’s 3100 mAh battery. It was already a great device on battery life for the original one and hopefully it will be able to keep up w/ the rest of the specs on this newer device.
So for a quick recap, the OnePlus 2 is looking like less than $450 for it powered by a Snapdragon 810 CPU, 4GB of RAM, a slighter bigger battery, and charges via USB Type-C. The invite system will return unfortunately to keep up w/ demand. No word on the storage sizes or display type as of yet.
Man, July 27th can’t get here quick enough for me.
