We know that Samsung is prepping to unveil the 5th-generation Galaxy Note on us on August 13th. We know some of the details on what the specs/features could include. We don’t quite know exactly what it might look like.
Get ready for a premium-looking Galaxy Note 5.
Thanks to these new renders courtesy of Ivo Maric, we have a better idea of what it might exactly look like. Although these are just renders, it definitely aligns w/ the rumblings of it taking the same design language of the S6 edge – minus the curved screen. So we have glass on the front & back w/ a curved rear, same slightly protruding rear camera sensor, matching button layout, and the S-Pen sitting flush on the bottom of the device. If these are accurate, we may not get an edge version this year as those who desire that display will have to go the route of the S6 edge+.
So if you wanted a more premium-looking Galaxy Note, you’re gonna get it. It is said to offer a 5.7inch 2K Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM, powered by their own Exynos CPU, and that same awesome 16MP camera from the S6. Samsung’s Unpacked event is on August 13th and we’ll be there live to see what else they unveil. At the moment, we have them pegged for the Note 5, S6 edge+, Samsung Pay, and the new round Gear smartwatch.
