While we have yet to get the official press invites rolling out, after Samsung’s event next week it’ll be time to shift gears/mindsets to all things Apple. September is usually time for iPhones and this year appears to be no different. Force Touch here, Force Touch there, Force Touch everywhere.
If you keep up w/ Apple this isn’t really a surprise. In regards to iPhones, we’re expecting one similar to the two 6 models out now. The new 6S devices is said to offer faster internals, a 12MP rear-facing + improved front-facing camera, and a display w/ Force Touch technology (as seen on the Apple Watch & new MacBook).
We’re also supposed to finally see the all-new Apple TV as well. It is said to come w/ a new touchscreen remote control, more internal storage, support for Siri/voice recognition, its own App Store, a faster A8 CPU, and its own TV streaming service that may or may not be ready yet.
The real head turner is the fact of we may see the new iPads at this event. Which usually gets its own event in October but w/ the recent sales decline of the iPad and tablets in general. They may have decided to get condense the events. Those of you hoping to see this elusive 12.9inch iPad Pro, that seems to be in the air if it will make an appearance or not.
