While we didn’t see the 2nd-generation Moto 360 at the Moto X/Moto G unveiling, we know it is still coming. Speculation on what is expected to come has been at an all-time high. There’s talks of a new face, wrists, and more. Apparently based on this new photo, we were all dead-wrong. The image actually comes courtesy of Motorola themselves in a new video on their Twitter account which was posted then deleted.
The black bar appears to remain present.
As you can see it is more of a refinement. The button has been moved to 2 o’clock mark instead of the previous 3 o’ clock position. The new hardware now has proper lugs for swapping watchbands. And for those of you who were hoping that they would get rid of the black bar at the bottom, no dice. It is still present.
We can only presume that it is set to arrive alongside the Moto X Pure Edition in September as it would make a great combo for the fall. What’re your thoughts on the new Moto 360 photo?
