Also as a part of Google’s Nexus event this morning, we see a new tablet enter the arena. Meet the Pixel-C: Google’s 1st tablet designed & built by Google themselves. This Pixel has been crafted to offer a stellar tablet/experience.
Google is embracing the Surface experience more w/ this tablet than the Nexus 9.
It has a 10.2inch 2560 x 1800 display, powered by a NVIDIA Tegra X1 CPU, Maxwell GPU, 3GB of RAM, running Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a USB-C port, and an attachable keyboard to get work done while on-the-go. Interestingly enough while using the keyboard, the tablet charges it as well.
It will be a more premium Android tablet and priced as such. The Pixel-C 32GB slate will cost you $499 while the 64GB model will set you back $599. The keyboard won’t be included and will cost you $149.
The Pixel-C is due out in time for holiday season. Will you be gifting one this year?
