We are literally one week away on November 12th from the new Xbox One Experience dashboard update coming to the console running Windows 10. Along w/ the new look UI/layout, you will get the lovely new feature of being able to play your Xbox 360 games: digitally & discs.
It will work like this: you’ll have to put the disc into the console to play on the physical side of things and any digital downloads will show up in the Games section. Any Xbox 360 game data saved to the cloud along w/ DLC previously purchased, will be available as well. You will also have access to the Xbox One’s screenshots & Game DVR.
On Monday, November 9th, Microsoft will unveil the full list of the 100+ games of Xbox 360 backward compatible games. Microsoft has been definitely making it the best time to be a Xbox One owner.
