Songza, which has been around since 2007, has been a great curator of music playlist.  It has been available across multiple platforms such Android, iOS, as well as the less popular BlackBerry and Windows.  As of January 31st 2016, the curating music program will come to an end as it's own music service.  The service will combine forces with the very popular Google Music and with there combined efforts may be able to take on the likes of Apple Music and their partner Beats Music, another curator service.  This comes as no surprise as it was announced last year but for those that may have forgotten here is your reminder.

With the news of Songza shutting down it's service for good, it is time for its users to port their song lists and curations to Google Music.  The founders of Songza, Elias Roman and Elliot Breece, are still major developers for the program that has been infused to Google Music by continuing to handpick music at their new home as Project Managers.  Songza which was only available in the US and Canada can now reach up to 13 coountries with their partnering with Google Play Music.  This allows the two Project managers to put more focus on bringing their service to more people and help bring the focus of Google Play to their potential.

Now with so many services being combined into one, who will be the stand out service.  Who do you prefer to use? Di you know you can try Google Music for Free for 90 Days.  With Somgza curating music for you will you give it a go?  What do you have to lose.
