And then there was none. You now have no US carriers to purchase a smartphone on a 2-year contract as Sprint was the last one holding out and is now gone. The now #4 carrier has just ditched their 2-year contract pricing.

They’re joining AT&T which just cut their last week, while T-Mobile started all of this and Verizon following suit. The folks over at Android Central, got a hold of a slide showing it happening. For those of you who care, you’ll still be able to buy a tablet on a 2-year contract.
Apparently, they killed it the same day as AT&T (last Friday) so you only have installment or full pricing options to pick up a new device. So if you go on Sprint’s site, that option is no longer available.
