HTC still has more to show tease about its upcoming flagship Android device: the HTC 10. We’re still a few weeks away from the unveiling but HTC was kind enough to share a bit more earlier today.
Previous reports suggested that there wouldn’t be any BoomSound on-board w/ their new device. Today’s tease says otherwise. Announced via Twitter, HTC says that here comes the new Boom. Giving us a redesigned look at their BoomSound speakers. We see closer circular speaker grills w/ a row of oval-shaped grills. BoomSound was originally introduced as a dual front-facing, stereo speakers coupled w/ software audio enhancement. This time around on the HTC 10, BoomSound might be reduced to a single-firing speaker.
HTC reportedly touts a 5.1inch QHD display, Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and ‘world class’ cameras. I’ve got my fingers crossed for a real HTC winner here.
