Today, Google unveiled the 4th beta for Android N available for recent Nexus devices & the Xperia Z3. We’re getting even closer to the official release as it is coming later in the summer. This particular beta isn’t for us but more so for the developers. This finalizes technical things like the API so they can finish updating their apps for the official update as well as submit them to the Play Store.
At this point, we may only receive maybe one more beta before the official update makes waves. I actually used the 3rd beta on my Nexus 6P which is my current daily driver. Other than the GPS acting silly in Google Maps, it was a super solid beta. You can check out what the 1st beta looked like in the video below.
