Earlier this morning, the folks over at Dolby unveiled some new news in regards to its Dolby Vision spreading to new places – namely Amazon content on newer LG TVs. Dolby Vision HDR will get integrated to Amazon’s video services. This will apply to their own Bosch series as well as several Sony films like The Smurfs 2, After Earth, Men in Black 3, Hancock, Salt, Pineapple Express, Fury, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Chappie and Elysium. In order to take advantage of it, you will need one of LG’s 2016 TVs. Whether it be one of their 4K or OLED TV sets, it is currently the only way to enjoy the enhanced visuals.
