We got Huawei dropping devices, Samsung's 1st flagship has dropped, and we're still waiting for LG to drop theirs.  Now we know the G7 is coming but later than typically expected - and w/ a damn notch (that can be removed via software).  Thanks tot he folks over at TechRadar, we got a little bit more info/clarification on the G7.

So it looks to be officially called the LG G& ThinQ based on the boot-up screen seen below.  Pretty much confirming the moniker from its original leak back at CES.  The ThinQ part of the branding will be their artificial intelligence efforts that will be in the form of a dedicated button on the side.

The current specs are rumored to have a 6.1inch MLCD+ display instead of OLED, running Snapdragon 845 CPU, 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, IP68 dust/water resistant body, dual cameras (wide-angle + standard lens) +laser autofocus, fingerprint scanner on the rear that doubles as a Home button, headphone jack, Hi-Fi Quad DAC, and a 3300 mAh battery.

So at this point, the G7 ThinQ is in its testing phases as it said to finally launch sometime in May.  ANy of this raise any interest for the G7 for any of you?
