Yesterday, Google wanted to let you Pixel Buds owners that they haven’t abandoned the earbuds just yet. They announced new updated for the wireless earbuds that should make some of you happy.
So now you will be able to manually turn them off as well as switch between other Bluetooth devices. You just triple tap the right earbuds to turn it on/off, you can disconnect your current device to connect w/ another one, and then double tap to hear your notifications as well as skip tracks. The last thing is changed via the Google Assistant app on your phone but you’ll still have the ability to do so via voice command.
So how long will you have to wait? Not long. Google says these updates will begin rolling out as early as next week.
