Remember back in 2016 when AT&T bought Time Warner & had to wait for regulations & stipulations of sorts before becoming official?  Well, it just became official.

Last November, the Justice Department filed a lawsuit to stop it.  The Justice Department failed to offer any proof of any monopoly.  Yesterday, a US court gave AT&T the green light to buy Time Warner w/ no contest.

So this means that AT&T now owns Warner Bros (Harry Potter, DC universe, & more).  The folks at AT&T believe that the future of entertainment is mobile streaming and now owning this large entity of movies & content.  They now have the tools to execute their take on the future.

This appears to be the new thing as Comcast is gunning for the 20th Century Fox content – even though its going up against Disney.

Thought on AT&T now owning Batman & company?
