Earlier this morning at Computex 2018 in Taipei, ASUS revealed their answer the Razer Phone. Introducing their ROG (Republic Of Gamers) Phone: packed w/ enough high-end specs to be possible the most powerful phone in Android - at the moment.
It is armed w/ a 6inch AMOLED HDR display w/ 2160 x 1080 resolution/90Hz refresh display/10,000:1 contrast ratio, powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 845 CPU, 8GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, vapor-cooling to prevent overheating, 8MP selfie camera, dual rear-facing 12MP + 8MP (120-degree wide angle), dual front-facing stereo speakers w/ amp, 24-bit DAC, DTS X: 7.1 virtual surround sound support, hi-def aptX streaming support, headphone jack, Wi-Fi ad, Bluetooth 5.0, and a whopping 4000 mAh battery.
You can also dock the ROG Phone to get a more diverse gaming experience. This device seems really crazy. I'm sure this will be quite the interesting device, especially since PUBG & Fornite is on or making their way to smartphones. We don't have word on pricing but we can expect it arrive sometime in the 3rd quarter.
