Another day, another leak on something from the upcoming Made By Google Event. This time around is more on the Pixel Stand. Last week, we saw it in an animated gif form and now we see it live in the flesh plastic courtesy of the folks over at MySmartPrice.
ICYMI: the Pixel Stand will be Google’s own wireless charging stand that turns your Pixel 3/3XL into a smaller Smart Display of sorts while charging. This should be a fast charging stand or else what is the point of it all. I think Google hesitated on the whole wireless charging thing until a faster means was available. However, that is now no longer an issue.
Hopefully, this turns out to be closer to what we will see and not a well-done fake. I’m curious to see how it will work as well as how much Google will charge for it. Not too much, I hope.
