It’s been a while since Apple paid attention to the Macbook Air line – especially after the smaller MacBook came into play.  Today, that all changes.

Say hello to the MacBook Air 2018 edition.  This guy is armed w/ a 13.3inch LED Retina Display w/ 2560 x 1600 resolution, powered by an 8th-gen dual-core Intel Core i5 CPU, Apple’s T2 security chip, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 1.5TB of SSD storage, FaceTime HD (720p) webcam, 2 USB-C ports, headphone jack, and a 12-hour battery life.

You have some of the new features like a 3-mic array, larger trackpad, butterfly keyboard for less travel, and louder speakers.  All while weighing in at 2.75lbs and measuring in at 15.6mm thin.  This is thanks to it being comprised of 100% recycled aluminum body.
